Our felt hats are made of 100% wool felt, meaning they aren’t water resistant—so you’ll want to keep that in mind on rainy days. Store the hat in a dry, flat location, being careful not to place the brim on any objects. Use a delicate wool brush to get rid of any lint that collects.
HOW TO BRING YOUR HAT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL FORM
If the brim gets bent, you can get it back to its original shape by holding it over steam, smoothing the brim with your hands, and leaving the hat on a flat surface. Make sure not to iron the hat directly—steam only! Each hat comes with a 14k gold plated clip on the brim as well as a hat band. These can be removed or styled to your liking. If you do remove any of these accessories, you might notice an indentation. This can easily be smoothed out with a hand held garment steamer. Watch the video below for a demonstration.
