Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love and cherish the goods you’ve ordered, but we understand you may need to make a return or request an exchange.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING HANDMADE HATS

To receive a full refund, first email us at info@premonitiongoods.com within 14 days of receiving your goods and a team member will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm your request. Due to the nature of our hats being handmade, our team will work closely with you to determine the best course of action. Once your hat is deemed eligible for return or exchange, you can return your package (must be in original condition). Premonition Goods does not cover the shipping costs of the return or exchange of a product.

Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment once the item has been returned in its original condition, unworn or unused with tags attached. If our customer service team deems the product worn or used, unfortunately it will be returned back to you.

CUSTOM BRANDED HATS

Once your hat is branded, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. Before adding branding to your hat, please make sure you measure your head and order the correct size. You can find our sizing guide here if you are unsure of your size.

Premonition Goods does not cover the shipping costs of the return or exchange of a product.

EXCHANGING PRODUCTS EXCLUDING HANDMADE HATS

If you’d like to exchange your unworn or unused product for a different size, color, or style, send us an e-mail at info@premonitiongoods.com and include a description of the product you wish to exchange for. If we have the item you’d like in stock, you will be responsible for shipping the purchased item back to us. Once we receive it, we will ship the exchanged item to you.

PRODUCT CONDITION

- Items must arrive in original condition.
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags still attached.
- Any products that come in their own box should be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
- Please make sure to return all products that come in their own box inside another solid carton box or wrapped in paper not to damage the original packaging.
