To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached.
If the product includes its own box, this must also be returned undamaged, as it is considered part of the item.
Please ensure the original box is protected by placing it inside another sturdy carton or wrapping it in paper to prevent damage during transit.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR HANDMADE HAT
To request a refund, email us at info@premonitiongoods.com within 14 days of receiving your item. A team member will respond within 24–48 hours to confirm your request. If your item is approved for return, it must be sent back in its original condition. Please note that Premonition Goods does not cover return or exchange shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the item is received and confirmed to be unworn, unused, and with tags attached. If the returned product is deemed worn or used, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be processed.
