Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love and cherish the goods you’ve ordered, but we understand you may need to make a return or request an exchange.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached.

If the product includes its own box, this must also be returned undamaged, as it is considered part of the item.

Please ensure the original box is protected by placing it inside another sturdy carton or wrapping it in paper to prevent damage during transit.

Handmade + Custom Branded Hats

HOW TO RETURN YOUR HANDMADE HAT

o receive a full refund, first email us at info@premonitiongoods.com within 14 days of receiving your goods and a team member will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm your request. Due to the nature of our hats being handmade, our team will work closely with you to determine the best course of action. Once your hat is deemed eligible for return or exchange, you can return your package (must be in original condition). Premonition Goods does not cover the shipping costs of the return or exchange of a product.

Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment once the item has been returned in its original condition, unworn or unused with tags attached. If our customer service team deems the product worn or used, unfortunately it will be returned back to you.

RETURNING CUSTOM BRANDED HAT

Once your hat is branded, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. Before adding branding to your hat, please make sure you measure your head and order the correct size. You can find our sizing guide here if you are unsure of your size.

WANT TO DO AN EXCHANGE?

If you’d like to exchange your unworn or unused product for a different size, color, or style, send us an e-mail atinfo@premonitiongoods.comand include a description of the product you wish to exchange for. If we have the item you’d like in stock, you will be responsible for shipping the purchased item back to us. Once we receive it, we will ship the exchanged item to you.
